    Cusco and Machu Picchu Tour 3 days – Enjoy a few days of the main tourist attractions of Cusco, the archaeological capital of America that impresses everyone with its beautiful buildings, typical streets, its people, and its wonderful archaeological centers that leaves more than one amazed, plus a visit to the magical citadel of Machu Picchu all inclusive tour.

    DAY 01: CUSCO – CITY TOUR – CUSCO. (3,470 M.A.S.L.)

    (KORICANCHA TEMPLE, SAQSAYHUAMAN, TAMBOMACHAY, KENKO AND PUCA PUCARA)

    Pick up and welcome at the airport or bus station, then we will transfer you to the hotel of your choice, you will have the morning free to visit the city of Cusco, in the morning after breakfast we will pick you up at your hotel (09:00 am) to start the City Tour: 00 hours) to start with the City tour in Cusco, more than a visit inside the city in this tour we will visit archaeological centers located in the high part of Cusco; the only place inside the city of Cusco will be the Qoricancha, known as the temple of the sun, in the time of the Incas this was the most important religious temple of all the Tawantinsuyo (original name of the Inca empire), in this place you will find one of the finest Inca stone constructions.

    The next place to visit will be Saqsayhuaman located in the high part of Cusco where we will have a nice panoramic view of the city of Cusco, in this place we will be very admired by the type of cyclopean construction made by the Incas, where we will find some walls made with stones that weigh between 5 to 128 tons;

    Continuing our tour we will arrive to Qenqo, another ceremonial place dedicated to the Pachamama (Mother Earth), this is a natural formation that the Incas used, carved and adapted to carry out their ceremonies, here it is difficult to imagine how complicated was the work they did, then we will continue to Pukapukara which is a fort where the control of people entering the city of Cusco was done and then we will finish the tour visiting Tambomachay which is a temple dedicated to water, after visiting this place we will return to Cusco.

    DAY 02: MACHU PICHU TOURS – (2.430 MASL)

    (AGUAS CALIENTES, MACHU PICCHU, TEMPO DEL SOL, ROYAL RESIDENCE, SACRED PLAZA, INTI HUATANA, SACRED ROCK)

    Pick up at the hotel in the morning and transfer to the train station (Ollantaytambo), from there we will take the train to Aguas Calientes Machupicchu town, once arrived we will be picked up at the main door of the train station to take us to the bus station where we will take a bus to go up to the archaeological center of Machupicchu (25 minutes), Once we have arrived at the Sanctuary of Machupicchu, we will present our entrance ticket to the Machupicchu Sanctuary, We will present our entrance ticket to Machu Picchu and start the guided tour receiving information for approximately 2 hours, the guided will be by the main parts of the citadel, then you will have some free time (The free time will depend on the arrival and departure time of your train) so you can take pictures and explore Machu Picchu on your own, then we will have to return to Aguas Calientes where you will have some free time for lunch; In the afternoon we will take the train to return (The schedule will be according to the chosen train), then upon arrival at the station (in Ollantaytambo) we will pick you up and bring you by bus to Cusco (The arrival time depends on the chosen train).

    DAY 03: TRANSFER TO THE AIRPORT

    Breakfast at the hotel.

    At appropriate time you will be transferred from the hotel to the airport in Cusco.
